Discover the Emazys Z200 analyzer
The Z200 PV Analyzer is designed from the ground up for troubleshooting and diagnosing PV module strings in the field. The instrument is different because it can measure the actual position of defects. It will also detect the first signs of degradation. The philosophy is to help technicians in the field and improve the profitability of PV troubleshooting and maintenance operations.

Troubleshooting and on-site tests
The Z200 PV Analyzer is a portable, battery-powered instrument used to detect and locate faults in strings of series connected photovoltaic modules.
The instrument is connected to the string terminals, eg. to the string inverter or the junction box as well as to the ground of the PV plant.
Once connected and activated, it will perform impedance spectroscopy between two of the three connected terminals and measure the voltages and currents at the terminals flowing under various DC loads introduced by the instrument . By combining the results of these different measurements using the on-board computer, critical system faults can be defined and
positioned.

Locate faulty module connectors and mitigate the risk of fire
- PVZ200 makes it possible to check the resistance of the module strings and to locate the defective connectors.
- Thanks to the sound generator and amplifying probe for the module chains, you can follow the routing of the cables and retrace the plan of the chains.
- The impedance test allows the evaluation of hidden faults.
- Verification of the fire risks of the module chains.
Facilitates preventive and curative maintenance
- Earth faults or leakage currents can be found and pinpointed precisely in less than two minutes.
- The recorder function allows the PVZ200 to track down faults for 24 hours. The presence of a technician is no longer necessary to find the RISO sources.
- All standard PV tests (I, V, A) are possible
Discover the new Emazys application
This application is used to ensure data collection when using the Z200 photovoltaic analyzer. The app works by storing test results produced by the Z200 locally on the device where the app is installed.
After disconnecting the Z200 PV Analyzer's WiFi network, the device will connect to the Internet and sync the data and test results into a secure online database.
Test results and data are then stored online and can be used for further analysis and statistics by the instrument owner.
Découvrez le Cloud Emazys
Take your measurements on your smartphone
Analyze your measurements on the Cloud
Connect to the Emazys Cloud on your computer wherever you want
Download one or more of your reports in CSV format
Add your installations to the Cloud to provide maximum precision (CAMS Radiation Service)
Share one or more of your reports with anyone you want
Thanks to the Cloud, you will have access to your measurements wherever you want but you will also be able to add your different sites.
It will be possible to add your sites with the following information: orientation, inclination, type of panels, inverter... All this information will be found on your reports.
In addition, when creating your sites, you will be able to add the exact location of the installation. You will then just need to link this site to your measurement and you will have access to the irradiance data.
